Overview: 

This three-day instructor-led course provides students with the knowledge and skills to install, deploy, and upgrade to Windows 7. Additionally, students should be able to configure pre-installation and post-installation system settings, Windows security features, network connectivity applications included with Windows 7, and mobile computing. Students should also be able to maintain systems, including monitoring for and resolving performance and reliability issues.

  • Prerequisites: 

    Before attending this course, students must have:
    A+ certification or equivalent knowledge.
    Network+ certification or equivalent knowledge.
    Basic Understanding of Windows PowerShell syntax.
    At least one year experience in IT field, particularly in IT support and administrator area.
    At least one year experience in managing Windows XP and/or Windows Vista desktop environment.

    This course is intended for administrator who have at least one year of experience in the IT field, as well as experience implementing and administering any Windows client operating system in a networked environment. Students should have a basic understanding of Windows PowerShell syntax. Student should have experience with managing a Windows desktop experience which consist of either Windows XP and/or Windows Vista.
