Registration Policy

Cancellation/Rescheduling by Participant:

Cost of books or any 3rd party examinations are not included in the fees unless paid additionally. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, please contact 416-513-1535 ext 5505. The institute requires a minimum of 15 business days notice to reschedule or to cancel any registration, in order for the participant to be eligible for a refund for pre-paid classes (after deduction of cost of course ware /books procured and $100 administrative fees). $100 administrative fees will be deducted for any refund.
Failure to provide the required notification within the allotted time will result in 100% charge of the course. If a participant does not attend a scheduled course without giving prior notification, withdraws part way during the course, or is a no show on the first day of class, this will result in full forfeiture of the funds and no rescheduling will be allowed.
Reschedules are permitted at any time with 15 or more business days notice. Enrollments must be rescheduled within six months of the cancel date of the course, otherwise the funds on account will be forfeited. Any registration under special promotions, special discounts, are final and refunds are not possible.

Class Cancellation by HiTech

Although institute strives to run classes as scheduled, if low enrolment or other circumstances beyond our control occur, the Institute reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the classes 5 business days prior to class start date. On the rare occasion that this should happen, the institute will not be responsible in any way for non-refundable airline tickets or other expenses incurred due to class cancellation.
