Through case studies and a series of interactive small-group workshops, you perform the steps involved in identifying, analyzing and responding to a variety of project risks.

Objective:

All projects involve risk. A thorough risk analysis at the onset of a project, and throughout the project life cycle, is essential to identify, quantify and manage risks.
In this course, you develop strategies that analyze the risks in project development and implementation. You learn to quantify risks and create effective risk mitigation strategies to deliver projects that will meet the expectations of your stakeholders.

Prerequisites:

This course is valuable for anyone who has a stake in seeing a project through to its successful completion. Basic Project Management knowledge is desirable but not required.
