Course Contents: 

This 2.5-hour course describes the skills for managing data and data access tasks in ASP.NET 4.0 web applications. Language-integrated query (LINQ) provides a unified means for accessing and managing data from multiple, diverse data sources such as XML and SQL. ASP.NET Dynamic Data enables you to create data-driven applications based on LINQ to SQL or the Entity Framework data model. This course is intended for web developers who are beginners and have knowledge of Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) or Dynamic HTML (DHTML), along with some knowledge of a scripting language such as Visual Basic Scripting Edition or Microsoft Jscript.
