How our Guarantee Works?

Our Guarantee is designed to be simple and straight-forward.
Here's how it works:
1. Attend our Certified PMP® Exam Prep Course 4th Edition for 35 training hours
2. After your training and before you write your exam, achieve a minimum grade of 80% on the HiTech in-house PMP Prep exam
3. Write PMI's PMP® 4th Edition Exam within 6 weeks after completing your training with us

If you do not pass your PMP exam on your first attempt, within 6 weeks of your exam, we will:
1. Give you a Free analysis of your exam results to find out your areas of weaknesses
2. Provide you with a customized Free and personal coaching session with a certified PMP Instructor (coaching will be given through e-mails and phone calls or if desired by Instructor).

Before you write your exam, achieve a minimum grade of 80% on the HiTech in-house PMP Prep exam
If you fail to pass your PMP exam on your second attempt, which must be within 4 weeks of your first examination attempt, you can attend another training class free of cost ($50 Administration Fee will apply) within 4 weeks from your second examination attempt.
