Our instructors draw upon ITIL's Service Delivery and Service Support publications. ITIL knowledge, experience and newly acquired insight are each applied and tested through various case studies, allowing the participants to develop an understanding of the application of ITIL best practices in a real-world environment.
Part of the examination is made up of an in-course assessment. Management skills and competencies, exam requirement 7, will be assessed by an EXIN-accredited training provider during the training course. In order to obtain the Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management, the result of this in-course assessment must be satisfactory.
Time allotted for examination: 180 minutes
Examination type: Written/computer supported with open questions based on a case study. Five questions per examination paper.
Examination details: Open book: No
Not allowed to consult any kind of literature or notes during the examination.
