The ITIL Practitioner 's Exam Support & Restore

This module provides the essential elements required to qualify as an IT Service Management Practitioner who specializes in the Support and Restore processes involved in managing incidents, problems and known errors found in IT infrastructure.

Target group

Intended for professionals who will participate:

  • In managing, organizing and optimizing the operations of the Support and Restore processes in an IT Service Organization which has implemented, or started to implement, ITIL based Support and Restore processes.
  • The target group consists of operational staff, team leaders, supervisors and managers wishing to extend their planning, monitoring, reporting and optimizing skills, related to the service desk function, and incident and problem management processes.

Prerequisite

  • Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL Foundation).
  • Attended accredited Practitioner training in the module of Support and Restore;
  • Successfully completed and fulfilled the three Practical Assignments. (An assignment assessment form for each participant must be completed, signed, and returned to EXIN by the trainer and/or coach.)

The ITIL Practitioner 's exam Release & Control

This module provides the essential elements required to qualify as an IT Service Management Practitioner who specializes in the Release and Control processes required to manage changes to the IT Infrastructure.
The module covers Release and Control (Change Management, Release Management and Configuration Management).

Time allotted for examination: 120 minutes

Examination type: Computer-based multiple-choice questions.
