Introduction

HiTech Institute has developed privacy and security policy that guides on how we collect and use information about our customers who submits their information to us while upon inquiring or using our services including our web site for on-line registration and payment services. We are committed to uphold the highest security and privacy standards for our off-line as well as on-line inquiry, registration and payment services and assure that it will be continuously assessed against new technologies, business practices and standards being enacted by other internet-based companies.

This policy is a core component of our commitment to combine the quality services coupled with the highest level of integrity in dealing with our customers.

This policy extends to individuals that submit their personal/company information to us either off-line or on-line. By inquiring or using our services, you consent to our personal/company data collection practices described in this Policy.

When purchasing our services either off-line or on-line, we require that you provide us with your personal name, company name, telephone numbers, e-mail address, physical address, relevant ID numbers and payment information to enable, execute and billing of services you purchased.

When seeking customer support, we request that you provide us with your personal name, company name, telephone number and e-mail address so that we can contact you directly concerning your particular support needs.

We do not collect any personal information while you simply visit and browse our web-site however we do collect certain information about your computer hardware and software. This information may include: your IP address, browser type, operating system, domain name, access times and referring web site addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the web site.

We may disclose your personal information to related companies affiliated to us that handle either off-line or on-line order processing and/or otherwise act on our/their behalf for the purpose of providing products and services.

We may also disclose your personal information in the good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to resolve disputes, investigate problems, conform to the law or comply with legal process, protect and defend the rights, property, and safety of our company, its affiliates or partners, our and their respective employees and customers, or members of the public; or in connection with any sale of our company or any substantial portion of its assets.

We may use your personal information to promote our offered services and special promotions from time to time as a part of our internal marketing activity, if you do not want to be informed of such services or special promotions, please contact us by any means and we will remove you from our marketing activities.

Information we collect may be stored and/or processed in Canada or in any other country where we or our affiliates, subsidiaries, or agents maintain facilities. By inquiring and or using our services and web-site, you consent to the transfer of information outside of your country.
