Our instruction design uses a standard and effective method that ensures that adult learners are motivated to learn. The method is the What-Why-How-Test-Apply (WWHTA) model. “Hands on” exercises combined with a kinetic solution allow the student to absorb the information using the other senses. Review exercises then reinforce learning. The real life application and can be the basis for group discussion that will engage students in seeing the day to day , year to year application of the learning to their working environment.
