Registration Cancellation Policy

The following policy will apply for refunds towards cancellation or rescheduling by students of the registered & confirmed course or more then one courses (package):

• cancellation more than 15 business days in advance of the scheduled date - a refund or rescheduling after deducting the charge for books procured.
• student can collect the book(s) within a week after the cancellation or rescheduling.
• Cancellation between 6 to 15 business days in advance of the scheduled date - a refund of only 70 % of the course fee. The 30% cancellation charge will apply even if transferred to another course/schedule. Incase of changes in the courses from HRDC/EI and Package registration, cost of books shall be adjusted in other program cost that student wants to be transferred.
• Cancellation between 1 to 5 business days in advance of the scheduled date or rescheduled class or leaving the course before finishing or no show on the first day of class - no refund at all.

Class Cancellation policy

Although the HiTech Institute strives to run the classes as scheduled, if low enrolment or other circumstances beyond our control occur, the institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the classes 1 week prior to commencement date. The institute will not be responsible any way for non-refundable airline tickets or other expenses that may be incurred due to cancellation by registering student.
